Kissing Camels Next To Garden Of The Gods
Kissing Camels in Colorado Springs real estate is located north of W Fillmore St, south of Garden of the Gods Rd, west of Centennial, and east of Mesa Rd. It is one of the most exclusive areas to reside in Colorado Springs since it is right next to Garden of the Gods homes. Other areas include Chelsea Glen, Oak Valley, and Pinecliff.

Cedar Heights Custom Homes
Cedar Heights homes in this Colorado Springs subdivision are west of Garden of the Gods Park in historic Manitou Springs. They offer custom homes built from the mid 1980's to 2000. Homes are at least 3000 square feet and are on at least 1/3 of an acre. There is an active HOA and monthly dues that cover security and management. Schools are in district 14.

Skyline, Homes From the 1950's
Skyline properties in Colorado Springs real estate are located on the east side of Highway 25 and south of Uintah St, near Old Colorado City homes. The 3 main streets in the subdivision are N Tower St, Skyline Ave, and Manitou Blvd. Most of the homes were built in the 1950's. Schools are in district 11 and include Bristol Elementary, West Middle School, and Coronado High School.

Roswell City, On The Westside
Roswell City homes in Colorado Springs is a great area for first time home buyers. It is located near Highway 25 on the west side and is between the W Fillmore St exit and W Uintah St. Homes are generally 2,000 square feet or less in size. Building was completed by the 1960's. Parrishs Addition, Skyline, Anthony Bott, and Calvert Heights are also in the same vicinity. Schools are in district 11.

Crystal Park, In The Hills Of Manitou Springs
Crystal Park lots are located in the trees and foothills of real estate in Manitou Springs and are at least 1/2 an acre. These Manitou Springs homes were started in the 1970's and there are still a few lots available today. There is an active homeowners assocation that has a yearly fee. The HOA also plans social functions and provides information about maintaining your trees and lots. Wildlife is abundant due to the subdivision location in the Manitou Springs hills. Schools are in the Manitou Springs District 14. Other areas to investigate are Crystal Hills and Cedar Heights.

Crystal Hills In Manitou Springs
Crystal Hills homes are in the foothills of Manitou Springs real estate, south of Highway 24/Cimarron St and off of Crystal Hills Road. Some of the lots overlook Red Rock Canyon Open Space. There are covenants, but not an active homeowners association. Crystal Park and Cedar Heights are also in the same vicinity as Crystal Hills.

Garden Of The Gods Subdivision
Garden of the Gods homes are on the south side of the park and to the north of Manitou Avenue. Take Highway 25 to Garden of the Gods Rd and head west towards the mountains. The street will dead end and you turn left and that takes you into the park. Most of the homes were built in the 1950's to 1990's and have at least 1/4 acre of land. Schools are in district 11. This area is also close to Kissing Camels, Chelsea Glen, Oak Valley, and Pinecliff.

Crown Hill Mesa In Old Colorado City
Crown Hill Mesa is one of the few newer home subdivisions in Old Colorado City on the west side of Colorado Springs real estate. Started in 1999, Crown Hill Mesa offers properties built by Feature Homes. They have at least 2200 square feet and unfinished basements. Schools are in district 11 and include Midland Elementary, Holmes Middle School and Coronado High School. You can also view older homes in Old Colorado City, Calvert Heights, Anthony Bott, and Skyline.

Parrish's Addition Homes In Old Colorado City
Parrish's Addition homes in Old Colorado City realty are located in a small subdivision on the west side of Highway 25, between Uintah St and W Colorado Ave. The homes were built in the late 1800's to early 1900's and have a victorian era charm to them. Homes are smaller in size than newer built properties and have 2,000 square feet or less. Some of them have garages and some don't. Children attend district 11 schools. Other area subdivisions include Roswell City, Skyline, Crown Hill Mesa and Westside.

Calvert Heights, Where New Homes Meet Older Homes
Calvert Heights real estate is located in nostaligic Old Colorado City real estate off of south 21st Ave and Cimmaron St. There is a small amount of new building going on with duplexes, but it is primarily homes from the 1950's to the 1990's. Children attend district 11 schools. It is within walking distance of Midland Elementary School and Bott Park. Other subdivisions for your consideration include Anthony Bott, Skyline, Roswell City, and the West Side.
