Mesa Ridge, Near Fountain Mesa Road
Mesa Ridge is centrally located in Fountain Colorado homes, just north of C & S Road and east of Fountain Mesa. It also borders the community of Security-Widefield. Construction of homes started in 2006 and home builders include Lennar Homes, Richmond, Creekstone, Classic, and Pulte Homes. There are convenants, but no yearly dues. Schools are in Widefield district 3 or Fountain district 8.

Park Hill Properties
Park Hill homes in Colorado Springs realty are just north of Airport Road and S Academy Blvd. Properties were built in the late 1950's through 1960's. Most of the houses have either no garage or a 1 car garage. They are centrally located near the airport, shopping, and restaurants. Also visit Western Sun subdivision as it is very similiar to Park Hill. Children attend school district 11 schools that include Rogers Elementary, Emerson Middle, and Wasson High School.

Western Sun Subdivision Shines Bright
Western Sun Colorado properties are generally affordable and a popular area for first time home buyers. They are located just south of Airport Road and east of S Chelton Road. Homes were started in the mid 1980's and building continued into the early 2000's. There is an active homeowners assocation that has monthly dues. Kids attend district 11 schools. Another great subdivision to see in the area is Park Hill.

Spring Creek Traditional in Southeast Colorado Springs
Spring Creek Traditional properties are a newer subdivision in the Southeast area of Colorado Springs homes. These mostly two story home plans were built from 2003-2008 and are near where Hancock Expressway dead ends into Union Blvd. The Pikes Peak property homes with 1,100-1,500 square feet make great starter homes. They also have larger models with 1,600-3,200 square feet, 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms.
