Memorial Park Washes Away Your Stress
This is one of the largest parks in Colorado Springs. It is open year round and has something for everyone to do. Homes in the area are definitely older and smaller than other parts of Colorado Springs. Subdivisions to consider are Eastlake and Prospect Park. In the summer, you can enjoy Prospect Lake and go boating, fishing, water skiing, swimming, or rent paddle boats. There is also a large picnic area for a casual lunch or birthday party.

This El Paso County run park is north of Northgate in real estate in Black Forest. There are 42 states parks in Colorado and this is the newest one. The park offers 20 miles of hiking and biking trails, 16 different trails, picnic areas, wildlife viewing, and geocaching.

Colorado Springs Gossage Sports Complex
The sports complex is located at 3225-3950 Mark Dabling Blvd, just north of E Fillmore St and south of Garden of the Gods Rd. It sits on 36 acres of Colorado Springs real estate and has youth baseball diamonds and soccer fields. There are also lights, a maintenance building, handicap access, restrooms, scoreboards and concessions.

It is located near Eastlake, Prospect Park and Cheyenne Addition homes. The park has baseball & softball fields, football & soccer fields, and a playground. They also have picnic areas, 2 volleyball courts, a multiplay court, and are accessible to the handicapped. This all sits on 10 acres of land.
