Hastings Homes
Hastings homes in Colorado Springs are just south of the Patty Jewett Golf Course and west of Union Blvd. It is also 6-10 blocks from Colorado College. Other subdivisions to consider include Crescent View, Highland Park, and Valley Vista. These homes were built between 1899-1971. Some of the properties have cottages attached to them, hardwood floors, and original woodwork inside. Schools are in district 11.

Old North End, Homes From The 1900's
Old North End homes in Colorado Springs were built in the early 1900's and are primarly victorian homes, mansions, and cottage houses. They are some of the first homes constructed in Colorado Springs and the neighborhood became one of the finest in the city. Other areas in the region are Central and Hastings. The area boundaries include Highway 25 on the west side, N Fillmore St on the north side, Cimarron St on the south side, and N Weber on the east side.

Central Homes In Downtown Colorado Springs
Central Colorado Springs homes are located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs real estate. Most of these homes were built at the turn of the century and continued into the 1950's. The majority of properties tend to be 2,000 square feet or less, but some owners have added on to get more square feet. Children go to district 11 schools.

Highland Park Is In An Established Neighborhood In Colorado Springs
Highland Park homes are just north of Constitution Ave and Circle Drive in homes in Colorado Springs. They were constructed in the 1950's and 1960's. Homes have at least 1900-2800 square feet. This area is centrally located and close to shopping, schools, and Patty Jewett Golf Course. Other areas include Crescent View, Audubon Gardens, and Hastings.

Prospect Park Is Close To Memorial Park
Prospect Park homes are great for first time Colorado Springs home buyers. They are affordable and close to Memorial Park, Prospect Lake and Eastlake. They are also within walking distance of Adams Elementary, which is in district 11.

Crescent View Homes: Centrally Located
Crescent View properties in Colorado Springs are within walking distance of Patty Jewett Golf Course and Eastview Middle School off of Union Blvd and Constitution. This is a very esablished area of Colorado Springs real estate that was constructed in the 1950's. Homes usually have either a brick front or vinyl siding on the home's exterior. Schools are located in district 11. Other areas to consider are Hastings, Highland Park, Valley Vista, and Audubon Gardens.

Knob Hill homes in Colorado Springs are located near Union Blvd and Fountain Boulevard. This area is in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs real estate and is close to I25. Homes were constructed from 1920-1950. Generally, they have either a 1 car garage or none. Home sizes are from 900-2100 square feet.

Virginia Homes, Near E Fillmore Street
Virginia homes in Colorado Springs were built in the 1950's. Most homes are in the shape of a rectangle and have 900-1100 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Garages, if they have one, are usually a 1 carport or a 1 car detached garage. The homes are just north of East Fillmore St and North Hancock Ave. They are great for first time home buyers and popular with families due to the lower price point.

Cheyenne Addition Has Affordable Colorado Springs Housing
Cheyenne Addition properties in Colorado Springs are located within walking distance of Memorial Park and Fountain Park. They are also near Eastlake homes and Prospect Park homes. Cheyenne homes are north of Fountain Blvd and west of South Hancock Road.

Kitty Hawk Real Estate
The Colorado Springs CO real estate of Kitty Hawk homes are near shopping, parks, a country club, a golf course, and schools. The subdivision is sandwiched in between E Fillmore Street and Constitution Avenue. Stratton Elementary, Horace Mann Junior High, and Palmer High School in district 11 is where children attend. These area homes were built in the 1960's are are between 1,100-2,100 square feet in size.

Smartts Real Estate
The Smartts subdivision is very popular with first time Colorado Springs home buyers due to the low price point, between $100,000-$150,000. The houses are just south of Constitution Avenue and east of N Circle Dr. Other area properties with similiar prices and square footage include Crescent View, Hastings, Knob Hill, and Kitty Hawk.

Patty Jewett, Centrally located in Colorado Springs
Patty Jewett homes were built from the early 1900's to the early 1960's. These homes in Colorado Springs are located right next to the east side of Patty Jewett Golf Course on N Union Blvd and Constitution Ave. Other area subdivsions for consideration include Valley Vista, Knob Hill, Kitty Hawk and Smartts.
